After enduring summer after summer of eczema and Robins two sons repeatedly going to the doctors that led to a new lotion, cream or medicine to help with their constantly itching skin. Without success. Robin decided to make goat soap after hearing the wonderful benefits and success stories of people who have used goat soap in the past.  With that being said Robin and her two sons found a cureall,  in her own homemade goat soap. Creating a product that includes fresh goat milk, and adding a few key ingredients has given us a soap both family and friends love. The benefits that goat milk soap has to offer is widespread,  you will find your skin with a more youthful appearance while looking and feeling softer and cleaner. After much product research Robin has dedicated  her soap to contain only the freshest goat milk, and good, clean ingredients.

Using only ingredients of the highest quality our soap crafting begins with having happy healthy goats. Our soaps have zero harsh chemicals, making it perfect for even the most sensitive of skins.  From the goat to the pail the milk is then cooled and frozen. Having tried several methods Robin has found much of her inspiration stems from offering a product that has only natural ingredients, allowing you to exfoliate, hydrate and lock in the moisture. Being a crafter at heart she enjoys making her soaps with clays, natural colorants, natural  exfoliants, essential oils and even adds botanicals to make them not only appealing to the eye but also with beautiful aromas.

Essential Oils

We pride ourselves on finding the highest of quality essential oils, and have a few favorites that we use frequently in our goat milk soaps.

Tea tree oil has been used in traditional medicines for centuries. It contains several compounds including Terpinen-4-ol, which has been shown to kill certain bacteria specifically, fungi, viruses and soothe inflammation. Terpinen-4-ol stimulates your white blood cells thus fighting off viruses and foreign bacterias. Tea tree oil soothes the driest of skin by reducing itching and irritation, and its natural antiseptic properties decreases sebum and comforts the most irritated of skins.

Neem oil stems from an Ayurvedic medicinal practice that has also been used for centuries. Neem oil has been found to facilitate wound healing, soothe irritated skin, even skin tone and prevent aging from UV rays with its bountiful fatty acids, antioxidants and antimicrobial compounds.  Neem oil deeply penetrates the skin allowing moisture to flow in, while enhancing elasticity and promoting collagen production. Furthermore this essential oil is a naturally occurring pesticide that serves as a deterrent for ticks and lice.

Castor Oil is a rich fatty acid, known to promote hydration. A thicker oil than most, its weight further helps lock moisture into the skin. Building off the moist environment, castor oil stimulates tissue growth, promoting wound healing by reducing dryness and the buildup of dead skin cells. Being a natural moisturizer prevents inflamed skin and soothes that of already dry and irritated skin, a great choice for those with acne-prone skin.
